A brief Description - just to familiarize you with our venture. It is important that you get a good idea of what a personal assistant is. In this day and age with all the hustle and bustle attached to survival, it is with great pleasure to inform you that Personal Assistants offer personalized support to the family and or individual they are assigned to assist.Responsibilities will often include making travel arrangements, organizing events, running errands, managing appointments, maintaining a calendar, making reservations, placing orders, answering and returning calls, and many other similar administrative and/or clerical support duties. Eazysolution is an exclusive, Personal Assistance and Homemaking company providing services dedicated to making life easy.
Eazysolution provides the necessary assistance for active members of society and for persons with disabilities, helping to meet their daily living needs and to facilitate their participation in community life.This personal assisting service also includes direct assistance with elements of daily living, household services and assistance with personal maintenance. This venture also includes assistance with the individual as necessary to access community resources and participate in community activities, including appointments, shopping, community recreation/leisure resources, socialization opportunities, and related activities.
Most importantly, Personal Assistance is provided in accordance with the Individual Plan designed by you to fit your schedule and lifestyle.
A more in-depth description of Eazysolutions’ typical work activities include the following:
- screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of clients
- Taking dictation and minutes;
- carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- organizing and attending meetings and ensuring clients are well prepared for meetings;
- liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
- carrying out all necessary tasks to complete specific projects and research;
- devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, recordkeeping, etc.;
- Arranging travel and accommodation with the option of occasional travel with clients, if necessary, to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations, or long-distance duties.

Minda Cox was born in India and adopted at 22 months by Cathy Cox. Cathy noticed how Minda had a propensity for art and invited an art teacher to help fine tune her innate abilities. Her work has been highly regarded by Mason Burbach, director of the Western Nebraska Art Center, and Yelena Khanevskaya, art professor at Western Nebraska Community College. Minda is selling her artwork to build funds for her Intercultural Studies program at Southern Baptist University in Missouri. She is traveling to Haiti to help inspire those newly amputated because of the earthquake along with those who are born with defects. This is a story and an exhibit that you don't want to miss. Her valuable artwork will be available for viewing and purchase at

House cleaning and sitting – Specialized to each client, this service includes most housekeeping chores. yard work,interior/exterior painting.Eazysolution's goal is to provide excellent services . Therefore; allergies, chemical sensitivity, particular preferences for cleaning techniques and level of cleanliness are all taken into account with each housekeeping job. You think it, Eazysolution delivers!
VEHICLE SERVICES
Vehicle services – Do you need your car serviced? An oil change? The gas tank filled? Eazysolutions can coordinate your car service appointments as well as drive your car into the shop, service station, or carwash, so that you do not have to take time out of your busy workday – or leisure time – to do it. However, I do not do repairs or auto detailing myself.
DRY CLEANING
Dry cleaning services – If you have clothes that need dry-cleaning, but can’t seem to find the time in your busy schedule to take them in for laundering, Eazysolutions will help. I will pick-up your dry-cleaning, either from your home or office, and take them in to the cleaner’s. I will also do pick-up, delivering your items to the location that you specify.
PERSONAL SHOPPING
Personal shopping – Whether you don’t have time to shop, or don’t like shopping alone, Eazysolutions can help. If you need a shopping companion to help with carrying parcels or making purchase decisions, I can help. If you don’t have time to shop, but need grocery items for an upcoming dinner, or need someone to pick up a pair of shoes or dress shirt for you – I am your personal shopper. I do clothes shopping, grocery shopping, and other types of shopping too, either accompanied or alone.
PET CARE
Pet sitting and walking – I mostly take care of typical house pets like dogs or cats, but I can also tend to the needs of exotic pets. When I pet-sit, I can either make several home visits each day to check on the animal, stay over at your house, or board your pet at my residence. Even if you are not out-of-town, during your busy work days I can take your pet to veterinarian or groomers’ appointments, or even out for a stroll in the neighborhood.
LATE NIGHT SHUTTLE
Late-night shuttle – Don’t let having a good time get in the way of your safety! For those late-night parties, Eazysolutions provides designated driving services for your convenience. Notify me of the date of your event, and the approximate time of your departure, and I will be on standby, waiting for your call to tell me you’re ready for your safe and sober ride home.
PARTY AND EVENT PLANNING
Eazysolution offers social event planning, such as informal parties and casual events for friends. Some of these parties or events might include birthday parties, Super Bowl parties, or weekend gatherings. I can arrange catering, decorations, and help organize guest lists. My services do not accommodate weddings or other big events.
